Who We Are

A network rooted in Cameroon's forests and communities

Forestry, Agriculture, Animal and Fishery Network (FAAFNET) is a Non-Governmental Organisation which is not-for-profit making, founded in December 1997 and was legally recognized under Cameroon Law No. 90/053 of 19th December 1990 on Association. Its headquarters is in Buea, the Regional capital of South West, Cameroon.

FAAFNET was approved by the Ministry of Territorial Administration through Senior Divisional Officer's Order No. 560/G.37/D.14/Vol.T/T/OAPP of 4th August 1998 in Fako Division of the South West Region.

Our Mission

FAAFNET's mission is to promote the development of an economically and environmentally sound ecosystem and to improve on the livelihood of the population within the area of operation.

Our Vision

Actively contribute towards the management of natural resources as well as the social and economic development of communities in the South West Region and beyond to emergence by 2035.
